Kwame Akuffo | John Burgess | Minna Nathoo

Kwame Akuffo

Kwame has been working as a consultant since September 2004. In that period he has worked on projects for the Her Majesty’s Prison Service, Crown Prosecution Service, Cabinet Office, Harrow Council, the Diamond Trading Company (De Beers) and acts as an adviser to Shared Intelligence Ltd.

He was previously director of Organisational Development & People Strategy for Ealing Council in West London. At Ealing he also worked as Interim Director of Diversity. Previous to that he worked at Islington and Hackney Councils, and was a part time tutor at Birkbeck College (Organisational Behaviour) and for the Open University Business School. Kwame is currently completing a book on the State of Diversity Management in the UK.

He has postgraduate qualifications (M.Sc.) in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (LSE) and Organisational Behaviour (Birkbeck); studied Advanced Development for Developers at Ashridge Management College. He is currently completing an ILM (Level7) Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
