Minna Nathoo
Minna Nathoo has worked at Board level promoting diversity in employment and service delivery for over 10 years. She is a Human Resources professional who has delivered real improvements in organisational culture and performance in the field of diversity and human resource management, Minna has worked at a national level in the Police and Local Government.
She has considerable experience of designing and delivering diversity and equality training and has trained staff at all levels including Councillors, and Police Authority member. Minna has spoken at national conferences on diversity and other human resource related topics.
She is a member of employment tribunals and sits on the race panel. Currently working as a consultant, her clients include the CPS, The Open University, The NCS, a number of Local Authorities and Police forces. Minna has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
